The boost voltage converter PPN-440/750-32 (hereinafter referred to as PPN) is designed for installation in urban electric vehicles and is intended to be used as a voltage source for powering the THERMO DC 200 (Valeo) electric heater of the KAMAZ electric bus. According to the output, the PPN is a stabilized voltage source with a maximum current limitation.

The PPN is made in a body protected from splashes and dust and is designed for installation in the passenger compartment or on the roof of the vehicle, as well as in other places, subject to the operating conditions.

The rear wall of the converter housing is ribbed and equipped with a fan for forced air cooling, which ensures sufficient heat dissipation, both when driving and when the vehicle is parked.
